Segway Navimow 2026 Complete Lineup Guide: All 9 Mowers Compared
Navimow launched 9 new mowers across 5 series in 2026. Here's the complete breakdown — specs, technology, acreage, and which model fits which yard type.

Segway Navimow launched its most significant product expansion in 2026 — nine new mowers across five distinct series, ranging from a compact 1/8-acre residential model to a six-acre commercial machine. If you're trying to figure out which one belongs in your yard, this is the guide.
The Five Series at a Glance
The i2 All-Wheel Drive series is the compact residential line for smaller suburban yards. The i2 LiDAR series is the vision-only option for tree-heavy yards. The H2 LiDAR series is the mid-size option for complex yards up to half an acre. The X4 All-Wheel Drive is the flagship for larger properties with demanding terrain. The Teranox is the commercial entry point for properties up to six acres.
i2 All-Wheel Drive Series
Models: 1/8 acre and 1/4 acre | Navigation: Network RTK | Drive: All-wheel drive | Max slope: 24° | Zones: 20 | Cut height: 2–4" (manual dial)
The i2 AWD is the evolution of Navimow's most popular global model. Consumer feedback on the i1 pointed to two specific requests: better slope handling and better terrain recovery. Both are addressed. Moving from two powered wheels plus casters to three all-wheel-drive wheels increases slope capability from 16–17 degrees to 24 degrees and helps the mower recover from the divots, soft spots, and surface irregularities common in Minnesota yards. The battery is now accessible via a bottom plate rather than requiring housing disassembly.
Best for: Standard suburban lots under 1/4 acre, open to lightly treed, moderate slopes.
i2 LiDAR Series
Model: 3/8 acre | Navigation: LiDAR vision-only (no RTK) | Drive: Two-wheel drive | Max slope: 24° | Zones: 20 | Cut height: 2–4" standard, 0.80" with included lowering kit
The i2 LiDAR is the purpose-built solution for yards where GPS has historically been unreliable. Old-growth tree neighborhoods, deep shade, tall adjacent structures — these environments hurt RTK and help LiDAR. The mower uses trees and structures as navigation landmarks rather than fighting past them. GeoSketch and Cleaning Mode are included. The lowering kit extends cut height down to 0.80 inches for Bermuda and Zoysia.
Best for: Yards up to 3/8 acre with significant tree canopy or structural complexity.
H2 LiDAR Series
Models: 1/4 acre and 1/2 acre | Navigation: LiDAR + Network RTK (no local antenna) | Drive: Two-wheel drive | Max slope: 24° | Zones: 30 | IP Rating: IP66 | Cut height: App-adjustable, 0.80" with included lowering kit
The H2 LiDAR is the dual-navigation model — LiDAR and Network RTK working simultaneously. Near trees and structures it uses LiDAR; in open sections it switches to Network RTK. This makes it the most versatile residential mower for mixed environments. Physical rain sensor, 30 zones, and GeoSketch are all included.
Best for: 1/4 to 1/2 acre properties with mixed shaded and open areas — the most common profile for Forest Lake and East Twin Cities yards.
X4 All-Wheel Drive Series (Flagship)
Models: 1 acre and 1.5 acres | Navigation: Network RTK + RGB + time-of-flight | Drive: AWD with patented zero-turn steering | Max slope: 40° (climbing and turning) | Cut width: 17" dual disc | Zones: 120 | Object detection: 200 types
The X4 is the most capable residential robot mower Navimow has ever built. The patented zero-turn AWD eliminates the turf damage caused by conventional AWD turning — each wheel pivots independently, making sweeping arcs rather than scrubbing pivots. It climbs and turns at 40 degrees. The dual-disc system delivers 17 inches of cut width per pass. 120 zones handles the most complex property layouts.
Best for: 3/4 to 1.5-acre properties with demanding terrain, significant slopes, or complex structure.
Teranox Commercial Series
Models: 3 acre and 6 acre | Navigation: Network RTK + RGB + time-of-flight | Drive: AWD zero-turn | Max slope: 40° | Cut height: 0.75–4" standard, 0.40" with add-on lowering kit | Battery: 20–25 Ah
The Teranox shares the X4's zero-turn AWD platform but is built for commercial-scale deployment. It operates at the same speed day and night. The add-on lowering kit brings cut height to 0.40 inches — appropriate for sports turf, golf course rough, and high-end warm-season residential properties. The 6-acre model completes its area in a 72-hour window (approximately two acres per 24 hours).
Best for: Commercial operators, golf courses, large estate properties.
